Foyl TCG is a marketplace where collectors buy, sell, and trade trading cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you control. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and email if you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Your profile: handle, display name, bio, the games you collect, and an optional city and state.
- What you post: listings, photos of your cards, prices, wants, your trade binder, offers, and reviews.
- Orders: what you buy and sell, and the shipping address you give for an order.
- Payments and identity: Stripe processes payments and identity checks. We keep Stripe’s reference numbers and the result, never your card number or ID images.
- Basic technical data, such as log entries and device type, to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To run your account, sign you in, and email you sign-in codes.
- To show your listings and process purchases, offers, trades, and payouts.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and help with support requests.
- To improve Foyl, using aggregate information.
What other people can see
Your handle, display name, bio, optional city and state, listings, trade binder, wants, reviews, and badges are public. Your email, address, private inventory, messages, and verification records are never shown publicly. When you buy, the seller receives the shipping address needed to send your order.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run Foyl:
- Supabase (database, sign-in, and photo storage) and Vercel (website hosting)
- Stripe (payments, seller payouts, tax, and identity checks)
- Resend (sign-in emails)
- Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them)
- RevenueCat, Apple, and Google (memberships)
We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our users.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and listings at any time. You can ask us to delete your account. We remove your profile and listings, and keep order records only as long as the law and payment providers require.
Age
Foyl is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app for significant changes. Also see our Terms of Service.
