Terms of Service

• You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Use one account, with accurate information.

• List only real items you own and can ship.
• Photos must show the actual item. Describe condition, grade, and variant honestly.
• No counterfeits, proxies, or digital-only cards.
• Ship on time with tracking when the order requires it.

• Sellers pay no selling fee. Card processing applies to each sale.
• Buyers pay shipping and any marketplace fee, shown in full before payment.
• Sales go to your balance. A fee applies when you withdraw it, shown before you confirm.
• Stripe processes payments. Taxes apply where required.

An accepted offer is a commitment to complete the sale at that price. Trades are agreements between collectors. Each person pays their own shipping. Meetup trades require an ID check. Meet in a public place.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store, Google Play, or website subscription settings. Benefits last until the end of the paid period.

• Fraud, scams, or arranging payment outside Foyl to avoid fees
• Harassment, hate, or threats
• Fake reviews, multiple accounts, or interfering with the service
• Scraping or reselling Foyl data

You keep ownership of your photos and descriptions. You give Foyl permission to display them so we can run the marketplace. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and related names and images belong to their owners. Foyl is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Foyl is provided as is. We aren’t a party to sales or trades between collectors, though we help resolve problems through support. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use Foyl means you accept the update.
